Need to do at least one 'before' picture before all the true ugly is gone from the set.

Appliance White for the outside

Rust reformer for the inside of the wheel, flat black. Metallic look paint optional to make it look metal again. Just some basic sanding, I'd rather preserve what's intact under a layer after stopping the rust process.

I'm doing this entirely wrong, aren't I. Sorry.
